Welcome to the new WWW Home Page of the University of Bedfordshire Pipe Band, (UBPB for short), the band is based in Luton, England, wears the Black Stewart tartan and has two bands competing at both grade two and grade four levels within the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBA), the band is currently the only competing English grade two band.

As you will see from the Band Roster we have a healthy membership but we are always interested in new members from beginner to experienced levels.

If you are interested in joining the band please contact the Pipe Major, Tony Doherty or Leading Drummer, David Budge for a chat, they will be more than pleased to hear from you.

Many of our pipers are also available for hire individually for weddings, funerals, dinners and any other event looking for something a little different. (Please contact us through the website for further information)
